Hi All, This is the latest update out at the farm. As you can see progress is going well now. After a two and a half week rain delay they got a full crew out there to get caught up. Nana (RM) and I went out there on Friday the 22nd, to discuss a few things with Payden. He is the job foreman for Richardson Homes. He is a great guy to work with and communicates very well and often. We counted 12 framers out there on Friday, I guess since the construction industry is down, there are plenty of workers available to throw at a job. Payden advised me to get serious about getting our house on the market because he thinks the house will be finished several weeks earlier than originally planned. YIKES! we aren't ready to move yet!!! I hope to time the house sale so we don't have to move twice... Wendy has offered her vacant house here OKC to us if our house sells too fast. Keep your fingers crossed for us that it doesn't! Well we'll close for now and post some more pics when we have them.
